Prayer Gatherings

EARLY MORNING PRAYER TIME - Meets Monday thru Friday, 7:30 A.M., in the Prayer Room. You are free to come and go. No one is asked to pray aloud.


SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER TIME - Meets 8:00 A.M. in the Prayer Room. This time of prayer focuses on our worship services and anointing on whoever is preaching and leading worship.


PRAYER WATCH TEAM - Meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 3:30 P.M. in the Prayer Room.


ON-LINE INTERCESSORS - These intercessors use the internet to respond to call-in prayer requests received by the church office. Call the church office at 937-642-4712 or email the office at info@marysvillefumc.org.


WEEKLY PRAYER LIST - Prayer requests received during Sunday morning services are published and distributed to the Prayer Room and On-Line Intercessors. Interested in reciving this list? Contact the church office at 937-642-4712 or email the office at info@marysvillefumc.org.


SUNDAY SERVICES PRAYER TEAM - Goal: A team praying in the Prayer Room during the 10:00 am worship services.


PRAYER DURING MEETINGS - Goal: All programs, activities, meetings, Sunday School, choir rehearsal, etc. begin with a time of prayer.

Prayer Room

In order to cultivate a conversational relationship with our Lord through prayer, it is necessary that we establish a time and place to regularly and consistently meet with God. The Prayer Room is located adjacent to the main sanctuary, providing a unique place for people to intentionally set aside and invest time in prayer. The interactive atmosphere of the Prayer Room, as well as the Prayer Wall, provides encouragement and support in the adventure of learning and experiencing the discipline of quieting the mind from distractions and focusing on God.

Prayer Warriors

If every battle you face begins on your knees and if you believe that healing begins with prayer and your heart breaks for those who don't know Christ then,

Altar PRayer Team

These teams will be specially trained to pray with individuals who come forward to the altar for prayer during the Sunday morning services.
